Program Features

Because we understand that recovery has many components, our trained and experienced staff, who are all in recovery themselves, provide individualized care for each participant’s needs. Transitions take time; we request a 6 month minimum commitment to our program.

A recovery coach will help guide you through the process.

Personalized Recovery Coaching

  • 1:1 weekly sessions

  • Helps remove obstacles to recovery

  • Provides resources, such as list of support groups, counselors, health clinics, etc…

  • Gives encouragement and hope

Accountability is vital for recovery, especially in the early phases, because it helps people to stay on track to achieve the

Individual Accountability

Career training requires setting goals, building skills, and staying on track.

Career Development & Productivity Mentoring

  • Optional mentoring from staff, peers, and experts

  • To learn skills for resume, writing, communication, time management, collaboration, and computer programs and applications

  • Financial literacy

  • Set goals, create an action plan, and reflect on progress

Relapse prevention and mindfulness are synchronistic adding to long term, quality sobriety.

Relapse Prevention

  • Work with a sponsor; periodic accountability calls will be made

  • Participate in coaching sessions and all community meetings

  • Attend a minimum of 6 recovery meetings per week

  • Submit to drug and alcohol tests

  • Attend medical and therapy appointments

  • Abide by house rules

  • Take prescribed medicines

  • Work, attend PHP or IOP, school and/or volunteer

  • Have Life 360 on phone

Mindful training is integral for developing self-awareness and reducing stress and cravings.

  • To develop self-awareness and reduce stress and cravings

  • Entails becoming present in the moment, sitting still, focusing on the breath and cultivating compassion

Community meetings are vital for connecting with leaders and peers and strengthening your sobriety network.

Community Meetings

  • Big Book Study on Wednesday nights and regular community meetings to connect with leaders and peers, strengthen sobriety network, learn mindfulness and relapse prevention

  • Impromptu meetings - address concerns and issues related to the recovery home

  • Part of recovery coaching, and incorporated into community meetings

  • Journal for self-reflection

  • Discussions held with peer and staff feedback for developing coping skills and strategies

  • Record  triggers, skills and strategies for combating future challenges
